Human Rights Friendly Schools Project (HRFSP) is a programme under the Human Rights Education (HRE) implemented by Talanta Africa in partnership with Gender Dialogues Kenya in Kisumu and Homabay Counties.
The project exists to leverage student power by tapping on the same for better academic outcomes through strategic dialogue processes bringing together school managements and student bodies in creating a better school environment that upholds the principles of Human Rights.
The Human Rights Friendly Schools Project is implemented in a total of 11 Secondary Schools in Kisumu and Homabay.
The project also leverages the power of Arts and Culture to address issues around SRH, Aggression and Unintended Pregnancies.
