Amini Series are five episodes of 20mins each curated as peer education guides on uptake, adherence and retention to Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) by Men Having Sex with Men (MSM) and Female Sex Workers.
PrEP is a combination prevention against HIV/AIDs generally used by those on continued exposure to HIV such as Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW), People who Inject Drugs (PWIDs), MSM and Sex Workers.
Amini Series digests the complex understandings on PrEP to understandable content through visual interpretation which is expected to advance continuity on PrEP by the aforementioned target group. The Amini Series Project is supported by Population Services Kenya through the Jilinde Project with the guidance of Transcend Media Group.
